Referral Fee Details

By referring your clients to Instaclose for assistance with a possible short sale, not only are you providing a service to your clients but if you're a California Licensed Real Estate Agent, you can receive a referral fee.

Once you've joined our Referral Partner Network, our system tracks any sales that have occurred as a result of your referral. If you're a licensed agent you'll receive a 25% referral fee.

This fee is realized once the property has successfully closed escrow. Our average property is on the market for 51 days - that means we sell homes 48% faster than the average San Diego County agent.

The referral fee is equal to 25% of the seller-side sales commission Instaclose Real Estate receives. Typically, Instaclose receives a 3% sale-side commission. Our average property sells for $400K. This means that, on average, a referral fee will be approximately $3,000.
